DOG RACE PARTICIPATION

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Please read this document carefully before allowing your dog to participate. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms.

I, the undersigned participant ("Participant"), on behalf of myself and my dog, hereby agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Benny Boy Brewing Dog Race ("Event") involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury to my dog or myself; contact with other dogs, people, or objects; dog bites or other animal behavior; allergic reactions; and any other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the Event. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Benny Boy Brewing, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by myself or my dog, or any property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

I represent and warrant that: (a) my dog is current on all required vaccinations; (b) my dog is in good health and fit to participate; (c) my dog is not known to be aggressive toward people or other animals; (d) I will maintain control of my dog at all times outside of the designated race area; and (e) I will comply with all rules and instructions provided by Event staff.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from my participation or my dog's participation in the Event, including any injury caused by my dog to another person or animal.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event my dog requires emergency veterinary attention during the Event, I authorize Event staff to seek such assistance on my behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs associated with any veterinary care.

6. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Benny Boy Brewing Co. the right to photograph or record my dog and me during the Event and to use such images or footage for promotional purposes, including social media, without compensation.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read this Release of Liability in its entirety. I understand its terms and sign it voluntarily. I am 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to sign on behalf of myself and my dog.
